1. Information We Collect

Diagnium collects only the minimum information needed to provide the Auxilium diagnostic service: email addresses for trial accounts, equipment fault descriptions for diagnosis, and anonymous usage analytics. We do not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI).

2. How We Use Information

Fault descriptions are transmitted to our AI provider (Novita AI) for diagnosis generation and are not retained by the AI provider. Email addresses are used solely for account management and service communications. Usage analytics help us improve the product.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Audit logs are maintained with IP anonymization. We follow HIPAA-aligned security practices for data handling and access control.
