1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Diagnium's Auxilium diagnostic copilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Auxilium is an AI-powered diagnostic reference tool for qualified biomedical equipment technicians. It provides troubleshooting suggestions, diagnostic flowcharts, parts lists, and service report drafts based on plain-language fault descriptions.

3. Important Disclaimer

Auxilium provides troubleshooting suggestions only. All guidance must be verified against OEM service manuals before performing any repair. Diagnium is not responsible for equipment damage, patient harm, or regulatory violations resulting from use of the Service. The Service is intended for use by qualified biomedical technicians only.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly per technician seat. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Free trials are limited to 3 days. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
